Do you accept returns or exchanges?

I no longer accept returns/exchanges. However, I do like to address any customer concerns on a case-by-case basis, whenever possible. Of course, if there is a problem with your order, or something has arrived damaged, please contact me RIGHT AWAY so we can resolve the issue. I want only the best shopping experience for my customers :) I recommend double-checking all of the size and weight information written in the item description of each earring listing. I do not accept returns/exchanges for earrings that are too large or too heavy for you. See my next FAQ for tips to help you decide if the earrings will work for you. How do I know if the size and/or weight of the earrings will work for me?

If you're not sure if the size and/or weight of the earrings in question will work for you, here are a couple of tips:
If you have a kitchen scale at home, you can weigh an earring you already have that is about the heaviest you can stand and then compare the weight with the one I have provided. This can also be done with the length. If you have earrings at home that are the longest you would wear, you can measure their length and compare them that way.
To weigh by comparison (if you don't have access to a scale), a quarter (US coin) weighs .20 oz, a nickel weighs .17 oz and a penny and dime each weigh .08 oz. You can make a combo that gets close to the weight of the earring and get an idea of the weight that way.

Care instructions

Beaded Earrings: These should always be stored by hanging them up in a dry environment when not being worn. Don't keep them where you shower. They will be exposed to regular moisture/steam if stored this way. Laying them flat or tossing them in a bag or purse will also compromise the integrity of the thread used to make the earrings. If your fringe earrings have been lying flat for some time, it can cause the fringe to have a 'kinked' look. If this happens, just hang them up on an earring holder and they will straighten out again!
Velvet Pumpkins: Store in a dry, air-tight container when not being used. Velvet can easily be cleaned with a damp rag or lint roller to remove dust or spots. Never pick them up by the stem.

Pumpkin Shipping Details

Unless chosen otherwise during checkout, U.S. domestic pumpkin orders will be sent by USPS Parcel Select. This means it can take anywhere from 2-9 days to reach you. If you'd like faster shipping, be sure to choose a different option at checkout (such as USPS Priority Mail). I will ALWAYS refund you for any shipping overages after I've gotten the items ready to ship! Setting up shipping for the pumpkins is tricky on Etsy and I'm usually able to bring the shipping price down.
